Return and Refund Policy

PLEASE NOTE: Personalised mirrors with your own name, text, design or logo are not eligible for returns.


Returns:

Within 14 days of receiving your order, please contact us at info@blemzstudio.com to submit a return request.
Returns must be in original condition, unused and undamaged, and must be packed in the original packaging.
Before returning the product, we ask that you enclose a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase.
You will bear the cost of returning the product, unless the product is defective or due to an error on our part.
Refunds:

Once we have received and verified the returned product, we will proceed with refunds.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be visible on your bank statement, depending on your bank's processing period.
