Shipping costs are €5,95 for mirrors. For standards and big mirrors it is also €5,95.

For orders over €75, shipping costs are free! Note: Free shipping does not apply to custom designed requests

Processing time:

1. After receiving your order, we aim to process and prepare it for shipping within 7 workdays.
2. Please note that processing time may vary depending on product availability and how busy our warehouse is. 

Shipping:

1. We ship our products within the Netherlands and aim to use reliable shipping partners.
2. Shipping costs are clearly stated during the checkout process on our website.
3. We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, please note that the delivery time may vary depending on the destination and any delays at the shipping company.

Track & Trace:

1. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace number.
2. With this number, you can track the progress of your shipment on the shipping company's website.

Address details:

1. Please ensure you provide correct and complete shipping address information when placing your order.
2. We are not responsible for any delays or problems in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

International shipping:

1. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties and other taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary depending on the destination country.
2. Please note that customs clearance may require additional time, which may affect the overall delivery time.

Insurance and packaging:

1. We ensure that your order is carefully packed to minimise damage in transit.
2. If you wish, you can choose to have your shipment additionally insured against loss or damage. Please contact us before placing your order.
